WHAT IS CAMP EAGLE?

Camp Eagle is our overnight summer camp that will inspire Christ-like change through outdoor adventure, authentic relationships, and biblical truth. At Camp Eagle you'll experience life change as you grow in your faith and fall deeper in love with the Creator of the universe. We see lives changed by time away, outdoors, with an unplugged experience. We can't wait to see what God does in your life this summer through Camp Eagle!

IMPORTANT FORMS

As part of the registration process, all students attending Camp Eagle must fill out these release forms.

1. COF Students Release Form. This is the release form for COF Students. This form will need to be filled out on the date of registration to secure your spot.

Last day to register is May 31, 2026

2. Camp Eagle Release Form. This is the release form for Camp Camp Eagle. The profile will need to be created for YOUR CHILD. Both forms will need to be filled out on the date of registration to secure your bed(s) and allow participation at Camp Eagle.

3. Medication Check-in Form. This form is for students that need medication while at the event. More information about this form is listed under "Medication". If a student is not bringing medication, this form is not needed.

MEDICATION

All prescription and non-prescription medication will be administered by Camp Eagle Nurse Staff and will need to be registered at check-in. All medications need to be in the original bottle with only the quantity needed and placed in a sandwich size, clear zip lock bag. The mediation and medication form will need to be turned in to the Med Table at check-in on the day of the event. Any student found in possession of medication that was not checked-in (prescribed or unprescribed) could be sent home immediately.
