Boundary Setting Group (in-person)

Are you worried about someone else's problems? Do you find yourself over committed and having no free time? Do you say “yes” when you really want to say “no”?

Community Counseling provides a support group for those struggling with how to manage life when loved ones are caught up in addictive or dysfunctional behaviors.

Healthy boundaries are important in all relationships, so this group welcomes everyone. There is no charge for this class.
