COMMUNITY COUNSELING

When it comes to healing, everyone is different.
Community Counseling Center offers multiple forms of counseling to fit your specific needs.

Individual Counseling may include any or all of the following: gaining a new perspective on relationships, learning how to cope better with stress, breaking bad habits, processing past trauma, and developing skills to handle future problems.

Couple counseling is focused on resolving conflicts effectively and building stronger communication and relationship skills. Whether you're facing divorce or looking to take your relationship to the next level, couple counseling can help you and your loved one take the next right step. We also provide premarital counseling.

Adolescent counseling focuses on helping older children and teenagers grow into maturity and wellness. Our counselors are trained to help adolescents through anxiety, depression, and other common issues.

Family counseling focuses on building a stronger family dynamic. Topics addressed include: better communication skills, dealing with conflict, setting healthy boundaries with your children, and/or learning to live as a blended family.
